ABOUT
Danielle West is a technical fashion designer, seamstress, and art teacher who draws inspiration from her surroundings and the environment she grew up in. Being one of the shortest kids in the class growing up, Danielle started sewing at a very early age to make her own clothes or alter the ones she did have. She drew inspiration from artists such as Alexander McQueen and Tim Burton. Her style often reflects her vivacious personality with a strong sense of emotions. She always had an intense love for fashion and all things feminine. While in College, she managed a vintage clothing store while handling their styling, inventory, and alterations department. After graduating from Savannah college of art and design in 2019 with a BFA in Fashion Design, she went on to teach art classes to everyone from kindergarteners to grandparents. She then went on to put her sewing skills to good use working for CHANEL as a leather artisan in their after-sales department repairing hand bags, costume jewelry, and accessories.
